These SMS Terms govern the text messaging program operated by Safe Foundation Inc. By opting in, you agree to these terms.
Safe Foundation Inc operates an SMS/MMS messaging program to send recurring marketing and promotional messages to individuals who have expressly consented. Messages may include information about programs, services, volunteer opportunities, events, and community updates from Safe Foundation Inc.
Enrollment in our SMS program requires your express written consent, provided via the opt-in checkbox on our contact form. By opting in, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages sent using an automated telephone dialing system (ATDS). Your consent is voluntary.
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Safe Foundation reserves the right to modify message frequency with reasonable notice.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier. Safe Foundation is not responsible for any charges assessed by your carrier in connection with SMS messages.
You may withdraw your consent and opt out of our SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon receiving your STOP request, we will send you a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To re-enroll at any time, contact us at isaac@safe-foundation.com.

Our SMS program is supported by major U.S. carriers. Carrier support may vary. Safe Foundation is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
